1992-1998 - GMC/Chevy 3/4 & 1 Ton Shackle Flip, 6" Shackles

Shackle flip kit for 1992-1998 Chevy 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. Comes with 6" long shackles.

The shackle brackets are CNC cut out of 1/4" P&O Plate then welded. The shackles are made out of 3/8" plate with 9/16" bolt holes then zinc coated to help fight off corrosion.

This shackle flip kit can give you 5.5" of lift with 6" shackles. This kit will allow you to lift the rear of your truck, without sacrificing the ride quality, or payload capability. It also helps stop axle wrap by eliminating the need for rear blocks when lifting your truck. These brackets can also be used with lift springs, in order to achieve a taller lift.

Kit includes:
(2) Shackle hangers
(2) Sets of 3/8" shackles, 6" long
(4) 1.5" Bushings and two 9/16" inner sleeves
(8) 7/16" Grade 8 bolts, washers and nylocks to attach the hanger to the frame of the truck
(4) 9/16" x 5" Grade 8 shackle bolts, washers and nylocks (not pictured)

Caution: This shackle flip kit will change the pinion angle. You may need to shim your rear leaf springs in order to achieve proper driveline geometry.
