This 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma SAS kit uses radius arms for strength and stability. Both the upper and lower links are made from 1/4” wall DOM tube, bent just enough to clear a 40” tire at full turn.

Our CAD designed 3-piece crossmember welds in place of the factory crossmember. The WFO crossmember utilizes the factory style transmission mount and has plenty of clearance for full droop articulation of the driveline.

The WFO full-length weld on 3/16” thick frame plates not only cover up unwanted holes in the frame but add extra strength to the front end.

All the necessary hardware and frame sleeves to use a WFO tuned custom PSC steering box.

We designed this kit to be used with a 2.5" x 12" travel coil-over shock. Coil-over shocks are sold separately.

For the crossover steering setup, we include a heavy-duty Reid knuckle for the 2005–2012.5 year Ford Super Duty Axle, a WFO high steer arm, steering arm hardware, and a draglink.

This kit is for the front end only. It does require welding, cutting, and grinding.

 

Important info before selecting your kit!

  • You will need to source your own 2005-2020 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 axle to go along with any of our kits. Or call our Gear & Axle department and we can quote you a whole axle build!
  • Welding, cutting, and grinding will be needed to install our kits. Front and rear fender trimming will be needed if running 40” tires.
  • ABS System: Our kits do NOT have provisions to keep your ABS / “ECU Skid Control” unit. It will be up to you to disable this unit. Toyota pickup ABS units vary throughout 2005-2015 so please consult the OEM wiring schematics for your specific year when disabling your ABS unit. The best way to start is to unplug all 4 corner ABS sensors and drive it around to see if your automatic transmission still shifts or not.
  • Speedometer: Some modification is required to retain your speedometer. We have an instruction sheet to do this on 2005–2011 Toyota pickups. We have not completed this task on a 2012-2015 Tacoma yet, so we don’t have enough data on those years. Until then, you will need to do your own research to retain your speedometer if you have a 2012-2015 Tacoma.

Tie Rod Upgrade: On this version of the kit, you can upgrade to our WFO HD Tie Rod (WFO TR-3161). Due to the forward steering pitman arm and the upgraded crossover steering, adding our HD tie rod is a must! This tie rod not only upgrades the overall strength of the bar and rod ends to heavier wall tubing and large 1-1/4” FK heim joints but it also gets relocated to the top of the steering tie rod location gaining roughly 3-1/4” of clearance!
