Shipping & Returns

If you receive a defective item, wrong item or the incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately at 530-268-9494.  All claims must be reported within seven days of receiving the shipment.

  1. All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number associated with them.  Please call WFO Concepts and request a RMA number and have your invoice number associated with the item.
  2. If necessary, you may return your product within 60 days of purchase.  The item must not have been installed and must be returned in perfect sellable condition as is subject to a 15% restock fee will apply.
  3. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.
  4. All returned merchandise must be insured for/or greater value than the original purchase price at the customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging.  Products damaged during the return shipping process back to WFO Concepts are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.
