WFO Concepts FAQ
If you ask us a question, or request a service through our web site, we collect your contact information so we can respond to you. We do not keep this information after we have responded to you.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card number only to complete the order. We do not share this information with outside parties except when necessary to complete the order.
We do use your email address to communicate with you regarding your internet order such as providing you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Occasionally, we send our customers an email announcement usually about an exclusive offer that is happening or a new product announcement. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt out at the bottom of the announcement email.
- All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number associated with them. Please call WFO Concepts and request a RMA number and have your invoice number associated with the item.
- If necessary, you may return your product within 60 days of purchase. The item must not have been installed and must be returned in perfect sellable condition as is subject to a 15% restock fee will apply.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.
- All returned merchandise must be insured for/or greater value than the original purchase price at the customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging. Products damaged during the return shipping process back to WFO Concepts are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.
