Order Pick Up

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.
  • We will notify you using the email address that was used when the order was placed.
  • Will Call orders can be picked up during regular business hours at the WFO shop located at 10076 Streeter Road, Suite 7, Auburn, CA 95602
  • Please be aware that some of the larger kits may take up to five days to assemble and get ready for pick up.

 

Order Cancelation and Restocking Due to Non-Pick Up

  • Will Call orders will be available to pick up for 30 days after notification that the order is ready for pick up.
  • After 30 days, WFO Concepts may cancel your order and restock the items.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged.  The remainder of your order will be refunded to you.
  • In the unfortunate situation where an order requires cancellation & restocking, we will do our best to notify the customer before this happens.  But, ultimately, it is the purchasers responsibility to pick up the order within 30 days of the initial 'order is ready for pick up' notification.

Q: What personal information do we collect about you online?

If you ask us a question, or request a service through our web site, we collect your contact information so we can respond to you.  We do not keep this information after we have responded to you. 

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card number only to complete the order.  We do not share  this information with outside parties except when necessary to complete the order. 

We do use your email address to communicate with you regarding your internet order such as providing you a  tracking number  once your order has shipped.  Occasionally, we send our customers an email announcement usually about an exclusive offer that is happening or a new product announcement.  If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt out at the bottom of the announcement email. 

 

Q: What information do we collect automatically online?

When you visit our website, we collect information about your visit that does not identify you personally.  We use this non-identifying information to improve our website.    

Returns and Order Cancellation Policy

Q: RETURNS


Product Returns Due to: Damaged Items / Incorrect Items / Incorrect Quantity of Items

  • Damaged Items: If you believe that you have received a damaged item, please call WFO Concepts immediately at 530-268-9494 and give an explanation. Upon review, our sales team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and give return shipping instructions.
  • Damage Due to Shipping: If the product was damaged during shipping, you must report such damage to WFO Concepts immediately. When damage occurs during shipping, all packaging materials must be kept and photographed so we can place a damage claim with the carrier.
  • Shipping Errors - Incorrect or Missing Parts: If you believe that WFO has shipped the incorrect part(s), or if an item is missing from your order, contact WFO Concepts at 530-268-9494 for an RMA number and return shipping instructions. If it is determined that WFO was at fault, the replacement or missing parts will be shipped free of charge using the original shipping method.

All claims must be reported within seven days of receiving the shipment. Please have the invoice number available when you call.

 

Product Returns for Refund

If you decide to return an item for refund, the following details apply:

  • Returns must be made within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  • All returns must have an RMA number.  Please call WFO Concepts at 530-268-9494 to be issued an RMA number.  You will need your invoice number to receive an RMA number.
  • Returned Items must be in new, unused condition and are subject to inspection by WFO Concepts.
  • The returned item must not have been installed.
  • The returned item must be in the same new condition as when it was originally sold. For example, the item must not have been painted, abused, or altered in any way.
  • Where applicable, the product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • All returned products are subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping Details:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.
  • Products damaged or lost during the return shipping process are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of the product by WFO Concepts.
  • The amount refunded will cover the price paid for the product.  Shipping is not refundable.

 

 

Q: PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

NO RETURNS on any shocks or coil overs.  All sales are final on these items.  This includes: Fox coil overs; King coil overs; Bilstein shocks; and Pro Comp shocks.

 

 

Q: ORDER CANCELLATION

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 530-268-9494 immediately. You must speak to someone to cancel an order.

  • If your order has not yet shipped out, we will refund the full order amount.
  • If your order has already shipped out, you must return the order using the Product Returns for Refund procedure/requirements explained above. Please note: shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: How much would a Straight Axle kit cost to get installed on my truck?

There's a ton different options and variations (lift height, tire size, shocks, t-case, transmission, gears & lockers, etc)  its tough to give an accurate quote. A rough ballpark figure, your looking at anywhere between 15K to 30K to get installed. We ask you to call the shop and speak with one of our Sales Techs. They will go over your build with you and will email you a detailed quote.
